This website is operated by 3DANsupplies. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to 3DANsupplies. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Use of the store

You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the security or proper working of the site.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look different on different screens, and sizes and weights can vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances. If an item does not match its description, see our Refund policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and can change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders, shipping and returns

Shipping, duties and taxes are described in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund policy.

5. Accuracy of information

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the site, including in product descriptions, pricing and availability, at any time.

6. Personal information

Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, images and product photos, belongs to 3DANsupplies or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site and to orders placed while it is posted.
