Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order from 3DANsupplies. If something is not right, email us at 3dcraftsupplies@gmail.com and we will reply within 1 business day.

Wrong, defective or damaged items

If you received the wrong item, or an item arrived defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. Once we have confirmed the problem, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item(s).

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please email us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and the items. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Items that have been cut, sewn, assembled, installed or otherwise used cannot be returned. Fabric and webbing cut to length can only be returned if they are wrong or defective.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, or confirm a problem with your order, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Lost or late parcels

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for a long time, or your parcel has not arrived, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel or change orders that have not yet been shipped.
