Shipping policy

3DANsupplies ships orders from China with tracked international shipping, mainly through YunExpress.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Singapore and the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden. If your country is not available at checkout, email us and we will check whether we can ship to you.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order and the destination. The rate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Product pages also show an estimate.

Processing and delivery

We prepare your order after payment is confirmed. Processing time can vary with the items and quantities ordered. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Delivery times depend on the destination and on the carrier and customs in your country.

Duties and taxes

Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Singapore and the EU countries listed above are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are included in the price and shipping cost you pay at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away so we can correct it before the order ships. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us and we will help. See our Refund policy for details.
